Perform a name search before proceeding to create a community group. This name search checks for any registered community group within your county/sub-county that shares a similar name. If no matches are found, you will be permitted to register a community group of that type with that name.

Registration Status * The Registration Status field is required.

County * The County field is required.

Sub-County * The Sub-County field is required.

Group Type *

Registered Name * The Registered Name field is required.
